Fall in love with the magic of watercolor! This workshop is designed for the super-beginner who wants an introduction to basic skills. One of the most important things to do when starting watercolor is to learn how water behaves—everything else is muscle memory and practice! Concepts covered will include brush and stroke types, color mixing, water control, and brush control. Supplies for use during the class are provided (and take-home kits will be available for purchase!). This class will give the beginner enough guided hands-on time to continue developing painting skills (and come back for additional practice and more advanced instruction).
