As a fine arts major with a concentration in weaving from Earlham College in Richmond, IN, I traveled through my life enjoying threads and fabrics. Retiring from librarianship has allowed me to focus again on my original love of the loom and what it can create. Being subtle is not my aim, but instead to play with yarns and designs bringing out the joy of the yarns. Some of my scarves and wall hangings are silk, some fancy synthetics and some are bamboo; each is an adventure. The sheen, the drape and the color play are the end products.
